Budget Highlights:
•
•
•
The Ambulance Fund will begin FY26 with $2.6M on hand. This shows a 13% increase
from the FY25 beginning fund balance to account for a new ambulance, and displays a
commitment to continually growing the District’s reserves to account for inflation and
large upcoming purchases.
Revenues in the Ambulance Fund are budgeted to decrease by 1% in FY26 with a
budgeted $7.7M in revenues and a total of $10.2M in available funds.
Ambulance Service Fees are budgeted to increase by 13% for a total of $2.8M in revenue
in FY26. This is due to a new agreement (FY24) that has allowed increased payments for
Medicaid transports.
