Janitorial—Lt. Scumaci
Not only do stations within the District operate as professional workplaces for EMS and fire
suppression services, they also act as temporary homes for on-duty firefighters completing shift
work. As such, budgeting funds for janitorial purposes is important to the functionality of
Stations 1, 2, and 3. A clean workplace creates an environment of professionalism, and a clean
living space is essential to health and wellness.
