Memberships—Gumprecht
There are a variety of memberships that the District pays for, many of which are professional
affiliations to improve the District’s quality of service. An example of this is the annual dues
paid by the District for membership in MABAS Divisions 1 & 2. This membership adds value
through the sectors of training and emergency assistance. Additionally, the District invests in
professional development through memberships such as SHRM, IFSAP, and GFOA. Each of the
memberships paid for by the District contributes to either training or professional development.
