| ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
ADMINISTRATION:
Pictured in dark red, the administrative sector of the District includes supervisory
positions (Fire Chief & Deputy Fire Chief), administrative office positions (HR Director &
Executive Assistant), the Fire Chaplain, the Fire Marshal, EMS Administrator, Fire
Analyst, Social Media Coordinator, and all Fire Commissioners, Trustees, and residents.
District employees, Commissioners, and Trustees working within this sector assist in
ensuring that operations are running successfully. Furthermore, the District’s residents
provide valuable measures of accountability, transparency, and quality of service which
assist in the continual improvement of fire operations. Administration also houses the Fire
Prevention Bureau, which conducts fire inspections, fire prevention initiatives, and public
education campaigns.
OPERATIONS:
Pictured in red, black, and gold, these sections on the organizational chart represent
operations. Beginning with the Battalion Chiefs at the top, and working down through the
ranks of the department, each color represents a different shift at the District. Red shift,
Gold shift, and Black shift are each staffed with 13 firefighters, 3 Lieutenants, and 1
Battalion Chief. To account for planned retirements and to reduce overtime, Red shift
currently has one additional firefighter (14 FF/PM, 1 Lt., and 1 BC). These staff members
are then split between the District’s 3 strategically located fire stations.
