| PERFORMANCE METRICS
In alignment with the District’s Strategic Plan, performance metrics are divided into four
categories based on primary organizational priorities: Efficiently Managed Resources, Improved
Communications, Team Development, and Evolving Service Demands. These four categories are
then further divided among the departments or organizational entities that are responsible for
these priorities. Brief summaries of each entity’s contributions are detailed below, in addition to
four matrices that illustrate the relationship between the strategic priority, department goal,
objective, and metrics.
