metrics display a commitment towards continuous improvement and the pursuit of industry best
practices. This is important for residents, because an organization committed to addressing
evolving service demands is one that is reliable, dependable, and high-achieving. The District
has sought to expand its CRR efforts and EMS-related goals beginning in FY25 with the hiring
of an EMS Administrator. Moving forward, this role will represent a critical bridge between the
District, local hospitals, and its community. The District’s EMS Administrator is responsible for
these metrics and is accountable to the Deputy Fire Chief.
