Implementation is the final step in the Strategic Planning Process and consists of staff developing
Initiatives to support the Strategic Goals determined during the Strategic Planning Process. The
following Initiatives will be reported on regularly, showing the measurable progress the Bartlett
Fire District is making towards their Strategic Goals and associated Performance Targets.
