You should know two ways out of every room in your home. One
way may be blocked by heat and smoke during a ûre, so it's
important to know another way out. Practice a ûre escape plan
with your family and NEVER go back inside a burning building. If
there are pets inside, our ûreûghters are better prepared to enter
and bring them out safely. Call 911 and we will come to help!

Cream of Chicken & Gnocchi Soup
• 1 whole rotisserie chicken, shredded
• 2 stalks celery
• 1/2 white onion, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
• Olive oil
• 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 16 oz potato gnocchi
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add celery, onions, garlic and carrots and sauté for 3-4 minutes
until softened.
2. Add chicken, chicken broth, salt, pepper and thyme and bring to a boil. Then gently stir in the gnocchi and boil
for 3-4 minutes before reducing heat to a simmer and cooking for another 10 minutes.
3. Stir in heavy whipping cream and spinach and cook a few more minutes until heated through. Add salt and
pepper to taste if needed. To make it a thicker soup (which I do) mix 1 tablespoon of corn starch with a little
water and make a slurry and stir into pot.
