CALL DATA
Call data collected by the District illustrates that the most common type of call received is for rescue
and medical services (75%). Fires only account for 2% of calls incurred by the District. Data
collected from the District’s Data Dashboard also shows that the District experiences consistent call
volume regardless of the day of the week or month of the year. The District does report
experiencing greater call volume between the hours of 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. For more information
