PERFORMANCE METRICS
*Anticipated time frame for initial inspections is calculated to give the District’s business community an idea of, on
average, how long they should expect inspections to take based on the size and type of business they manage. These
time frames are as follows:
•
•
•
•
Small Business: 5-15 minutes
Medium-Sized Business: 15-45 minutes
Large Industrial Warehouse or High Hazard Occupancy: 1-2 hours
Nursing Home, Large Campus, Manufacturing Warehouse, Educational Facilities: 2-6 hours
IT: Performance metrics in this section target strategic goals and objectives regarding cybersecurity and service delivery
within emergency vehicles. Cybersecurity is an important aspect for the District and its residents because it protects
confidential health information utilized for Patient Care Reports (PCR). Furthermore, each District emergency vehicle is
equipped with technology to provide pertinent information from dispatch pre-plan information and public works (hydrant,
water main, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer information) for each call. This technology allows the District to be better
informed and respond faster to emergency calls, so it is critical that these devices are properly protected from threats.
